Eagle holding a cresent moon as mirror, c. ca. 1900

Carving in good artistic quality after nature made out of walnut root with resulting light reflexes in the grain.

^Condition: Comes beside of some losses in the plating at the rimm of the mirror in still very fine condition as shown.

Nice beveled slender Murano mirror with its typical cutted floral motifs in thick glass.

^Condition: comes damaged /unrestored with several losses ( a smaller piece of glas on top sideways missing and replaced screws) and cracks, as pictured but still impressive, backside of oak wood.
