Made out of wood, polychrome cover and real antlers.

Wooden Stag trophy in desirable size made out of  limewood polychrome painted with 14 point antlers, this detachable.

Condition: The antler not original to this carving but also old with one point lost in a fight, the woodcarving with usual  shrinkage cracks and a minor number  of wormholes, as shown.

# 3093-  Cast Iron Deer head, German c. ca. 1880 - 1900

Cast Iron Stag head on  coat of arms shaped  plaque with crossed guns, hunting horn and surrounding  oak leaves.  By Weise & Bitterlich taxidermity company  in Georgswalde / Bohemia   and Ebersbach in Saxony, as stated  on the backsisde of the shield.

Object comes with rests of  polychrome cover and original  detachable cast iron antlers, is realized  in good artistic quality and comes  in desirable dimensions.  This characteristics  make it the perfect upgrade for any  big fireplace or fitting rustic housefront.
